Return Policy
We understand that sometimes the part you needed yesterday is no longer needed today. So for that reason, WE TAKE BACK NEARLY EVERYTHING WE SELL.
HOWEVER, We ask your understanding in that there are a few exceptions. We do NOT take back ANY electronic parts or special order parts. We cannot take back used or installed parts, even if only installed to test fitment. Parts must be resalable and in their complete original packaging. You must call us at 1-888-253-0111 for authorization prior to making any returns. A copy of your invoice must be included with the authorized return of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any parts for return that we find to have been installed, used, or not in compliance with the above return criteria. There is a 20% re-stocking fee charged against all authorized returns. Shipping and/or handling is also non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business.
